Job Description

Job Title: AI Growth Engineer - Partner Acquisition, Lead Enrichment & Revenue Automation

Company: Wonder Group - Wedded Wonderland / Liviti

Location: Remote

About the Role

Wonder Group is looking for an AI Growth Engineer to help turn Wedded Wonderland and Liviti into AI-powered growth engines.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, automation, data, AI, revenue operations, experimentation, and commercial strategy.

You should be able to build growth systems, not just run campaigns.

For Wedded Wonderland, this means helping us grow across global venues, vendors, wedding planners, couples, tourism boards, hospitality groups, luxury travel partners, and the Wedded Concierge and Advisor offering.

For Liviti, this means helping us grow referral partners, brokers, accountants, advisors, property investors, finance enquiries, client acquisition, and lifecycle conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI-assisted growth workflows that identify, enrich, segment, and activate leads.
  • Create growth systems for partners, vendors, venues, suppliers, brokers, accountants, advisors, clients, and prospects.
  • Use AI to improve research, qualification, messaging, personalisation, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Build programmatic SEO and landing-page strategies for Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.
  • Work with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to identify growth bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain data enrichment pipelines.
  • Design and run growth experiments across email, LinkedIn, SEO, content, referral, CRM, and paid/organic channels.
  • Build dashboards that show what is working and what is wasting time.
  • Use AI to improve campaign production, content repurposing, segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn high-performing growth workflows into scalable systems.
  • Own measurable commercial outcomes, not just marketing activity.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • You have built at least three AI-assisted growth workflows.
  • You have created a clean target account or lead enrichment process.
  • You have launched at least one outbound or partner acquisition system.
  • You have identified the highest-value growth channels for Wedded and Liviti.
  • You have improved speed, volume, quality, or conversion in a measurable part of the funnel.
  • You have built a reporting dashboard for growth experiments and results.

Required Experience

  • Experience in growth, RevOps, marketing ops, sales ops, growth engineering, or performance-focused marketing.
  • Strong practical knowledge of AI tools, automation, data enrichment, CRM workflows, and campaign systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, Zoho, Airtable, Make, n8n, Zapier, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, segmentation, conversion funnels, lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations.
  • Ability to use AI for research, personalisation, enrichment, content, campaign production, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Comfort working with APIs, no-code/low-code tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic scripting.
  • Strong commercial mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with marketplaces, fintech, proptech, luxury travel, weddings, hospitality, real estate, finance, wealth, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO.
  • Experience building AI-powered outbound engines.
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation, email deliverability, CRM hygiene, and lead scoring.
  • Experience working with sales teams and commercial leaders.
  • Ability to write strong direct-response copy.
  • Experience building growth loops, not just one-off campaigns.
