AI Fullstack Developer ( Java)

What you will do:

• Drive innovation opportunities to support company growth.
• Explore and develop new software to meet business requirements.
• Optimize deployed applications based on requested or potential changes.
• Monitor and configure deployed applications.
• Prepare development documentation, operation manuals, and training materials as needed.
• Implement test-driven development techniques to deliver and maintain software.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, QA/application specialists, DevOps, and other IT functions.
• Establish yourself as a recognized team member in a friendly and agile environment.

What you need to have:

• Working proficiency in Programming Aptitude (language independent)
• Proficiency in LLM frameworks (Langchain and Semantic Kernel/Promptflow)
• Working knowledge in flowcharting
• Working knowledge in Integrated development environment (IDE)
• Working knowledge in: Python, JavaScript, HTML programming, SQL, shell scripting (Linux/Windows), REST API, JDBC/ODBC, JMS, Weblogic with minimum guidance
• Working knowledge in microservices architecture
• Working knowledge in UNIX based systems
• Familiarity in UI/UX is a plus
• Familiarity in Build tools (e.g. Composer/NPM, Webpack)
• Familiarity in Reactive programming, Asynchronous, Prototyping (proof of concept)
• Familiarity with Git/Version Control/Repository
