Job Description

Client Pay: PHP40,000-PHP150,000+ per month per client, depending on the project and client

I'm not hiring you. Let me explain why that's a good thing.

I'm a creative strategist managing multiple 7-figure monthly ad budgets across DTC ecommerce brands. My clients span premium tech accessories (100K+ customers worldwide), outdoor recreation gear, lingerie, fitted apparel, fragrance, supplements, music performance tools, home renovation services, and more. These brands operate across the US, Europe, Singapore, and Australia.

Every single one of them needs A-player editors.

They keep asking me again and again if I know anyone. And I have nobody to refer them to.

Finding editors who actually understand performance marketing is borderline impossible.

So here's what I'm doing: building a shortlist of elite editors I can refer directly to my clients whenever they need production support. You skip the client acquisition grind entirely. I send work your way because I trust your output.

What elite means to me

You're not just cutting clips. You understand WHY an ad works. You know what hook rate and hold rate mean. You can look at a brief and immediately see how the script maps to the viewer's emotional journey.

I'm looking for editors who check most of these boxes:

You've trained through Ecom Talent (Karlo's program on Whop), Evolve (on Skool), or similar elite-level performance marketing education. You know the difference between pretty videos and videos that get spend.

You're AI-first. You use tools like Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, or ElevenLabs to generate hyper-realistic UGC-style B-roll, voiceovers, and content that nobody can clock as synthetic.

You're not dabbling. You're deep in it.

You understand direct response fundamentals. You've at least heard of Eugene Schwartz, awareness levels, and Breakthrough Advertising. You know that every frame has a job to do.

You can read a brief and elevate it. When a strategist sends you a hook, bridge, hold section, and CTA, you bring visual storytelling instincts that make the script hit harder.

You know what it means to iterate on winners. You understand ideation vs. iteration vs. imitation. You've produced variations that isolate single variables so we can learn from test results.

Your output gets spend. Not impressions. Not compliments. Actual ad spend allocation from Meta's algorithm because the creative is performing.

What's in it for you

You're walking into accounts that already have strategy, sub-avatars, creative roadmaps, and structured briefs ready to go.

The briefs follow a structured format: hook variations with visual context, inspiration examples, Facebook copy, headlines, and clear concept direction. Your job is to bring it to life.

How to apply

Important: Start your proposal with the word Schwartz so I know you've read this entire post. Proposals that don't include this will be skipped.

You can charge whatever you want. I will give your offer to my clients and they will pay you directly through Upwork or through whichever platform you prefer.

Then cover the following:

Your experience editing performance ads for ecom brands (not brand films, not music videos, not wedding reels. Actual direct response ads that ran on Meta or TikTok).

Whether you've gone through Ecom Talent, Evolve, or any structured training on performance creative.

Your AI toolkit. What tools do you use and how deep are you I want specifics.

A link to 2-3 ads you've edited that actually got significant spend. Bonus points if you can share the hook rate or ROAS.

Your availability and hourly rate.

I'm building a roster of the best editors in ecom performance. If that's you, let's connect.
