This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a genuine interest in social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

- Type: Hourly Contract

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
- Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, or social impact
- A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives
- Attentive to nuance and cultural sensitivity across diverse communities
- A clear and effective written communicator
- Consistent and reliable in applying evaluation guidelines
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required
- Experience in fields like social science, journalism, policy, education, or advocacy
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows
- Awareness of bias, representation, and inclusion issues across different cultures and contexts
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
