What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly influence how AI behaves for millions of people We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure that the AI systems shaping our world are fair, responsible, and trustworthy.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a genuine interest in social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
• Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
• Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
• Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

• A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives
• Attentive to nuance and cultural sensitivity across diverse communities
• A clear and effective written communicator
• Consistent and reliable in applying evaluation guidelines
