5 years of full AI Software Development Life Cycle SDLC experience designing developing and implementing largescale machine learningGen AI applications

Top 3 Must Have Skills

Production AI Engineering Python building and operationalizing MLGenAI services with strong software engineering fundamentals

Platform mindset reuse building shared componentstemplatespatterns used by multiple teams not one off implementations

Operational readiness for AI monitoringtelemetry production maintenance practices and reliabilityfocused troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills

Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CISMIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experiencetraining

Experience building platform capabilities for AIML or GenAI solutions in a regulatedenterprise environment including registry patterns toolagent registries private registries grounding patterns retrieval memory context budgeting and production hardening reference implementationsaccelerators that drive adoption at scale etc

Prior experience developing and implementing generativebased AI solutions using LargeLanguage Models LLMs eg Open AI GPT Google Gemini Llama

Exposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices in enterprise environments
