We are currently seeking an AI Engineer
Intern with a strong interest in global trade and supply chain activities.
Department: Continuous Improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Project Assistance: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns, constraints, and improvement opportunities, using tools such as Excel or other analytical software.
- Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Problem Solving: Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- Documentation: Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Communication: Share progress updates, insights, and recommendations clearly with team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Training & Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Do you have the skills and attitude we're looking for We are seeking motivated candidates with:
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's degree (engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus, but not required
- Genuine interest in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operationsa plus
- Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools/platforms
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges
