AI Engineer

Iloilo City (100% Onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 150,000

As an AI Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications and intelligent automation solutions
• Integrate AI tools into existing business systems and workflows
• Build and optimize prompt engineering frameworks
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI evaluation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI model performance
• Document AI systems, workflows, and best practices for scalability
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience building production AI or Machine Learning systems
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
• Experience with:
• Prompt Engineering
• REST APIs
• n8n
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience deploying AI models or workflows into production environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working in B2B, SaaS, Sales Technology, or Marketing Technology environments
• Familiarity with:
• LangChain
• Zapier
• AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes
