Hiring: AI-First Software Developer (Automation & Intelligent Systems)

We're looking for a curious, hands-on software developer who loves building with AI tools and thrives on challenging, deep-focus work.

What you'll do:

• Build and evolve intelligent systems like ClawdBot / MoltBot / OpenClaw

• Develop software using AI-assisted workflows

• Own projects end-to-end: idea build iterate

• Explore new AI tools and turn them into production-ready systems

What we're looking for:

• Strong software development skills
• Practical experience using AI tools for coding & automation
• Curious, disciplined, and obsessed with finishing projects
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high-attention tasks
• Saas Martech experience
• Hands on experience of APIs
• Thorough understanding and experience of handling complex advertising eco system including but not limited to meta, Google , TikTok etc
• Logical solutions expert who can utilize AI to optimize product build
• Total work experience of 6+ years with at least 2+ years of AI experience

Bonus: LLMs, agents, bots, automation frameworks, backend/cloud experience.

Screening Process (Mandatory)

Step 1: Google Form (10–15 mins)

Short questions to understand:

• AI tools you actively use

• Past AI-assisted projects

• Automation / bot experience

• GitHub or demo links

Mini Paid Test Task (Selected Candidates Only)

Candidates shortlisted via the form will receive a paid mini task.

Task Overview:

• Build a small AI-assisted automation / bot / workflow

• Open-ended problem (focus on thinking, not perfection)

• Can use any stack + AI tools of your choice

• Time expectation: 4–6 focused hours

• Payment: Fixed paid task (shared upfront)

What we evaluate:

• Problem-solving approach

• Use of AI tools (not just output, but workflow)

• Code clarity and structure

• Ability to complete and explain decisions
