AI Delivery Manager

Salary: Up to Php 320,000 per month

About the Role:

The AI Delivery Manager (Solutions Implementation & Product Build) will support the delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives by coordinating solution implementation activities from requirements elaboration through design, build, integration, testing, migration, and production deployment support. The role will focus on managing AI and data product requirements and system capabilities, coordinating technical workstreams, managing delivery dependencies, and ensuring that implementation outputs are documented, tested, and ready for operational handover.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities:

Solution Implementation Planning and Requirements Elaboration

• Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into implementation plans, delivery milestones, and build-ready work packages.
• Coordinate requirements elaboration with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams to define implementable system capabilities.
• Maintain delivery plans, solution backlogs, and milestone forecasts for product enhancements, new modules, integrations, and platform-enabled capabilities.

Design, Build, and Configuration Coordination

• Coordinate the design and build of AI and data-enabled product features, workflows, interfaces, dashboards, automation components, and supporting technical artifacts.
• Track build progress across solution architecture, data engineering, application development, model integration, security, infrastructure, and user experience workstreams.
• Facilitate resolution of technical, integration, and delivery issues that affect completion of new or enhanced system capabilities.

Integration, Testing, Migration, and Deployment Support

• Coordinate integration activities across internal systems, cloud services, AI platforms, and related enterprise technology components.
• Support system, integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing by tracking test readiness, defects, remediation actions, and sign-off requirements.
• Coordinate configuration, release readiness, deployment preparation, and implementation cutover activities for newly developed or enhanced solutions.

Delivery Governance, Documentation, and Acceptance

• Maintain implementation documentation, including delivery plans, design decisions, traceability of requirements to delivered functionality, test status, release notes, and operational handover materials.
• Track delivery risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and change requests that affect scope, timeline, quality, or acceptance of project outputs.
• Support management reviews and governance forums by reporting on progress against implementation milestones, completed deliverables, unresolved blockers, and readiness for go-live.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, project management, data, digital transformation, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operations management, preferably in technology, digital transformation, data, or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.
• Demonstrated experience in project governance, progress reporting, executive dashboards, and management communications.
• Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, migration, or transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Portfolio, program, and project management, including project planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and milestone monitoring.
• Risk, issue, and control management, including process reviews, escalation management, and remediation tracking.
• Resource coordination, capacity planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
