About the Role
We're looking for an AI Data Operations Intern to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our annotated datasets and streamline our data processes. This role is ideal for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership regarding data quality. You'll play a key part in evaluating data review strategies and improving our overall dataset quality.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily AI operation activities, including optimizing ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and NER (Named Entity Recognition) models through market-specific data tuning, strategic data curation/augmentation, error analysis, and quality assurance.
- Perform NLU model testing, training, dataset augmentation, data cleaning, and regression testing to achieve target accuracy, intent classification precision, and model stability.
- Prepare datasets, analyze model outputs, and troubleshoot ASR issues to minimize recognition errors.
- Optimize NER rule configurations for real-world localized patterns to improve entity capture and recognition in specific scenarios.
- Evaluate ASR model performance for speech accuracy, timing, and channel precision.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for voice bots, assessing reliability, accuracy, and user experience.
- Complete training assessments for text and audio data annotation and quality inspection personnel.
- Assist in verifying model training/testing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree. Prior hands-on experience with AI, NLP, computational linguistics, data annotation, dataset quality assurance (QA)
- Technical Skills: You have a solid basic understanding of how Large Language Models operate and a strong habit of using them to perform and optimize work tasks. You also possess a strong interest in applying Prompt Engineering to data processing. Familiarity with data annotation platforms or standard task management tools is preferred.
- Personal Traits: You are highly proactive, eager to learn, and capable of executing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You excel at taking complex technical concepts and translating them into clear, easy-to-understand training materials.
- Willing to render a minimum of 600 hours during the internship.
