The Opportunity
We are looking for an AI Coordinator to support key operational workflows across NRG's internal tooling, research execution, and cross-department collaboration. This individual will play an essential role in maintaining documentation, assisting with internal tools and client dashboard administration, supporting AI initiatives, and coordinating logistics that span Research Operations, Technology and Client-facing teams.
Your Impact
- Provide operational support for existing internal tools and platforms by coordinating bug tracking, documentation updates, and training resources.
- Support new tool development efforts by documenting requirements and organizing early-stage planning materials.
- Track testing, feedback, and enhancements for platforms and dashboards, AI tools, and other research technologies.
- Manage timelines and task trackers, support meetings, and coordinate deliverables for crossfunctional projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage bidding, pricing, and logistics for new research requests.
- Maintain internal knowledge resources, summarize tool learnings, and support AI and automation initiatives.
- Support technology scanning and tool evaluation efforts by researching AI and operational tools, documenting capabilities, and contributing to recommendations aligned with AIST standards and workflows.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate impact of AI solutions and inform prioritization and continuous improvement efforts.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience – 1-3 years of professional, relevant work experience in operations, project coordination, process documentation, and/or technical support roles. Prior market research experience is a plus.
- Education – BA/BS degree; additional degrees and/or certificates are welcome!
- Tools – Excellent computer skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Market Research tools (e.g., survey platforms) and/orProject Management tools is a plus, and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is expected.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with internal tools, platforms, and emerging technologies. Demonstrates strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience supporting product development, product operations, or product support workflows is a plus.
- Proactive – You take initiative, manage your workload with minimal oversight, and are motivated to move work forward independently, even in the face of ambiguity.

Position Type
This is a full-time position expected to align with a Pacific Time Monday – Friday day-shift. Candidates must be flexible regarding hours and may be expected to align with an Eastern Time day-shift during training.
