Role Overview
This role is expected to bridge Gaming, AI-generated short dramas, and social media, ensuring content not only delivers high-quality storytelling but also drives user engagement and business growth.
Script Quality Management
- Lead the review and approval process for all AI short drama scripts.
- Establish script quality standards, review guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure scripts maintain strong storytelling, pacing, emotional engagement, and commercial appeal.
- Provide creative feedback and coaching to scriptwriters throughout the development process.
Creative Direction
- Act as the creative lead during script development and production.
- Guide story structure, character development, dialogue, and dramatic pacing.
- Ensure every project maintains consistent quality from concept to final production.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and original IP development.
Gaming Content Integration
- Collaborate with the Gaming team to develop storylines that naturally integrate game features, events, and user experiences.
- Ensure AI short dramas effectively support gaming user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to transform gaming content into compelling narrative experiences.
Content Strategy & Trend Analysis
- Monitor market trends in short dramas, AI-generated content, gaming, and digital entertainment.
- Analyze successful domestic and international short drama cases to improve content competitiveness.
- Develop content evaluation standards (S/A/B/C Rating System) for content acquisition and production.
Social Media Collaboration
- Work closely with the Social Media team to optimize storytelling for different platforms.
- Provide guidance on promotional clips, hooks, trailers, and content highlights.
- Ensure content strategy aligns with audience preferences and platform algorithms.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor scriptwriters and creative teams.
- Build standardized creative workflows and review processes.
- Improve overall content production efficiency and quality.
