BeautyScale is an international beauty distribution and growth agency. We help beauty brands enter new markets and build the commercial infrastructure needed to scale: business plans, pricing strategies, launch plans, distributor presentations, CRM systems and sales tools.

Our team operates across Paris, New York, Dubai and Shanghai.

You turn commercial challenges into practical tools that help close deals.

Working closely with our Brand Management team, you will use AI to create and improve:

• Interactive business plans
• Pricing and margin tools
• Dynamic price lists
• Distributor presentations
• Market-entry and launch plans
• Live landing pages
• Sales dashboards and CRM tools
• Commercial action plans

This is a hands-on role. You will not simply generate documents—you will build reliable, polished tools that our team and partners can use in real commercial situations.

• You understand business. You can read a P&L, calculate distributor and retailer margins, and immediately notice when a number does not make sense.
• You are a builder. You know enough HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create and ship functional single-file applications.
• AI is part of your daily workflow. You are highly comfortable with Claude Code and other AI tools.
• You know how to brief an AI model, challenge its output and catch the mistakes it quietly makes.
• You have a strong eye for structure, usability and presentation.
• You are autonomous, detail-oriented and comfortable working quickly in an international environment.
• Experience in beauty, retail, distribution or SaaS is a strong advantage.
