We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Business Systems Architect to help us redesign, optimize, automate, and scale our internal operations.
This is not a basic admin role.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a builder, operator, and systems architect.
About The Role
You will work directly with the founder to improve and automate workflows across recruiting, sales, operations, finance, reporting, and internal systems.
Your job is to identify inefficiencies, eliminate manual work, build scalable systems, improve visibility/reporting, and help create the operational infrastructure that allows L'EVATE to scale efficiently.

What You'll Be Working On
Recruiting & ATS Operations
- Improve and optimize recruiting workflows inside Manatal
- Help automate job posting workflows across multiple job boards
- Improve applicant tracking and screening workflows
- Build recruiter dashboards and reporting systems
- Help reduce recruiter manual workload
- Improve operational consistency across recruiting
Sales & CRM Operations
- Help design scalable outbound sales workflows
- Recommend and implement CRM systems and automations
- Improve lead management and pipeline workflows
- Build reporting dashboards and operational visibility
- Help streamline appointment booking and SDR workflows
Operations, Payroll & Finance Workflows
- Improve contractor timesheet and payroll workflows
- Help automate invoicing and contractor payouts
- Reduce manual reconciliation and reporting work
- Improve operational dashboards and tracking systems
Partner & Referral Systems
- Help build and improve referral tracking systems
- Assist in building partner dashboards/portals
- Improve commission tracking and reporting workflows
AI & Automation
- Identify opportunities to implement AI across the company
- Build AI-assisted workflows and automations
- Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Reduce repetitive manual tasks across departments
