The Qualifications We Seek

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process improvement roles, ideally within BPO, shared services, or consulting environments
• Hands-on experience in mapping and quantifying operational processes, including volumes, cycle times, and cost drivers
• Experience with automation or AI initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation support

Required Skills

• Strong process mapping and documentation skills using BPMN or equivalent notations and tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
• Strong structured analysis skills, including data gathering, baselining, and benefit quantification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including discovery workshop facilitation
• Working knowledge of AI and automation capabilities and their applications within operational processes
• Proficiency in time-and-motion studies and data triangulation techniques to establish defensible baselines
• Proficiency in opportunity scoring and prioritization across value, feasibility, and readiness dimensions

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
• Experience with process mining tools, such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, such as n8n or Power Automate

Your Daily Tasks

Discovery Planning & Execution

• Design the discovery plan for each engagement, including scope, methods, data requests, stakeholder maps, and sprint schedules, in alignment with the Vice President, Digital Solutions
• Lead structured discovery sprints with client teams through facilitated workshops, interviews, side-by-side observations, and time-and-motion studies
• Execute data-led discovery alongside qualitative methods, extract and analyze system data, apply process mining where event data exists, and triangulate evidence to ensure findings withstand scrutiny
• Map current-state processes to a consistent standard, capturing volumes, cycle times, handoffs, exceptions, controls, and cost drivers

Opportunity Assessment

• Apply the tower's assessment methodology to score opportunities across value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and change load
• Build quantified baselines and benefit hypotheses for each opportunity in a format that the Value & Excellence Office can verify
• Produce opportunity heatmaps by process and function to clearly demonstrate the scale and location of AI potential to executives
• Validate the technical deliverability of shortlisted opportunities with the AI Engineering tower before roadmap inclusion

Read-Out & Roadmap Support

• Produce read-out materials, including findings packs, opportunity portfolios, prioritized roadmaps, and evidence appendices supporting every number presented
• Present detailed findings to client working teams and support the Vice President and Transformation Advisor during executive read-outs
• Convert agreed roadmaps into delivery-ready inputs, including process specifications, baselines, and success measures for handoff to the build team

Growth & Pre-Sales Support

• Support pursuits with scoped discovery previews, effort estimates, and process analysis content for proposals
• Maintain a reusable library of discovery kits, process patterns, and industry reference models to shorten future discovery cycles and strengthen proposals

Internal Efficiency Support

• Apply the same discovery discipline to client's internal operations when directed
• Follow the Value & Excellence Office's discovery standards to ensure internal baselines remain verification-ready

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company's representatives from time to time through direct written orders or verbal assignments
