EarthChimp is a growing e-commerce brand selling plant-based protein products on Amazon and Shopify. We're a small, remote-first team that's building a physical office hub in Cebu City. We move fast, we're obsessed with efficiency, and we're looking for someone who wants to be at the heart of how we use AI and automation to grow.
The Role
We're looking for a technical automation specialist to own and build our entire automation infrastructure. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining workflows using Claude Code, N8N, and integrating AI tools across the business. This isn't a freelance gig. This is a full-time, embedded role where you become our go-to person for anything automation and AI related. You'll work from our office in Cebu alongside our Head of Marketing Ops and Operations Assistant and also work closely with the CEO.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automation workflows - outreach pipelines, email validation, lead processing, reporting, customer service tracking, revenue tracking, internal processes etc.
- Use Claude Code (AI-powered coding assistant) to build and maintain Python and Node.js scripts for data collection, processing, and reporting
- Work with Supabase (PostgreSQL) to manage data pipelines and integrations
- Build automated data collection from platforms like ClickUp, Google Drive, and Amazon Seller Central
- Integrate AI tools into business processes — finding ways to use AI to make us faster and smarter
- Monitor and fix automations when they break — you own reliability
- Optimise existing workflows — improve deliverability, reduce errors, increase speed
- Research new tools and approaches — when we hear about something interesting, you're the one who investigates it and builds a prototype
- Work closely with our marketing and operations leads who will define what needs to be built — you figure out how to build it
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with N8N (this is essential, not negotiable)
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants
- Basic Python or JavaScript — you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable reading and modifying scripts with AI assistance
- Technical background — you're comfortable building workflows, working with APIs, troubleshooting integrations
- Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL (a plus)
- Experience with email automation tools (Instantly, ZeroBounce, or similar is a plus)
- Google Workspace API experience (a plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — and how to integrate them into workflows
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told something is broken, you spot it and fix it
- Curiosity — you actively explore features, tools, and approaches without being asked
- Based in Cebu City and willing to work from our office

- Someone who needs to be chased for updates
- Someone who sees a problem and doesn't say anything
