AI Art Director

About the Role

We're a Dubai-based AI studio producing cutting-edge photo and video content powered by AI. We're hiring an AI Art Director to lead the creative execution of AI-generated visuals from concept and prompt engineering through workflow execution to final post-production.

This isn't a button-pushing role. We need someone with a real creative eye who can art direct AI outputs, make intentional creative decisions, and deliver polished, client-ready work. You'll own the visual quality of what we produce.

Responsibilities

Art direct AI-generated photo and video content from brief to final delivery

Build and execute AI workflows using ComfyUI, Weavy AI, and similar node-based platforms

Craft and refine prompts across multiple AI models to achieve precise creative outcomes

Post-produce and enhance all AI outputs in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, compositing, color grading, cleanup)

Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high production value across all deliverables

Experiment with new AI tools, models, and techniques to push creative boundaries

Troubleshoot and optimize workflow pipelines for efficiency and output quality

Collaborate closely with the Dubai team on creative direction and client projects

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, DALLE, or similar)

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image refinement

Experience with node-based AI workflow tools (ComfyUI, Weavy AI, or equivalent)

A strong creative eye you understand composition, lighting, color theory, mood, and visual storytelling

Ability to art direct AI outputs and make intentional aesthetic decisions, not just generate random images

Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage your own time and output independently

Strong communication skills and reliable high-speed internet connection

Nice to Have

Experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Hailuo, Veo)

Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut)

Background in photography, graphic design, advertising, or visual arts

Familiarity with LoRAs, model fine-tuning, or custom training workflows
