Summary: Full-time position, $5 USD / hour, working from 3:30 PM to Midnight in Philippines.
Required Skills: The successful candidate will have, in descending order of importance:
- Excellent skills in leading discussions and summarising meetings in business English
- Advanced skills in using Claude (or other AIs) to generate business reports
- Good skills in Excel, for example to create Graphs and Pivot Tables
- Good skills in PowerPoint creation and presentation, for example to animate slides
- An interest in Cyber is preferred, but no formal qualification or work experience is needed.
Personal Qualities: The successful candidate will be very engaging, honest, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure. Our customers will really enjoy talking with them.

- Salary of $5.00 per hour, 40 hours a week from 3:30 PM to Midnight in Philippines (with 30-minute break).

The main tasks of the role are to:
- Lead customer meetings (50%): requires excellent interpersonal skills, and friendly, calm, confident personality. The successful candidate will be a relaxed, likeable presenter.
- Schedule & then follow-up on customer meetings (25%): requires personal organisation and tenacity, to ensure that actions are well documented and completed promptly.
- Using AI to build Automations (15%): requires experience writing AI prompts, using AI to improve those prompts, and strong motivation to continue to improve.
- Continuous Learning (10%): requires strong desire to learn about business impact of cyber.
Selection Process:
- 2nd September (Wednesday): Advert placed on LinkedIn at 9 AM Manila time.
- 11th September (Friday): Advert closes at 9 PM Manila Time.
- 14th September (Monday): Interviews: candidates participate in one 2-hour group interview, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Manila, over Google Meet. Candidates will:
- Deliver a 2 minute PPT presentation, on Cyber Insights – the most interesting two reports at https://www.linkedin.com/company/cyber-rescue-alliance/
- Demonstrate good listening & writing skills and friendly, calm, confident personality by joining a 20 minute discussion with other candidates, while making notes in the same format as this job description (eg headings, bullet points, etc).
- Use your existing Claude (or other AI) account to generate the template for a 15 page monthly report about Cyber Security developments, and then improve that template, by using Claude effectively during the interview.
- Discuss the role, ask questions and make suggestions, meet future colleagues.
