About the Role

The AI & Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems that improve efficiency across marketing, sales, and internal operations. This role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve scalability. You will collaborate with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to identify automation opportunities and turn them into reliable, documented systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automation workflows across marketing, sales, and operations
• Implement AI-driven solutions for lead management, content, reporting, and internal processes
• Integrate tools such as CRMs, project management platforms, email systems, and third-party APIs
• Automate data flow between platforms (e.g., lead capture, CRM updates, reporting dashboards)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations to ensure reliability and scalability
• Document workflows, SOPs, and system logic clearly for team use
• Ensure automations follow data privacy, security, and compliance best practices
• Stay updated on emerging AI and automation tools relevant to agency operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI, automation, or workflow optimization
• Proven experience building automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI agents, AI APIs, or LLM-based workflows)
• Ability to analyze processes and translate them into automated solutions
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Pay range and compensation package

Base pay: Php 30,000 (Up to 45,000 per month with benefits)
