Job Description:

The AI & Automation Developer I supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and business processes. This role builds foundational expertise in software development, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence, and systems integration while contributing to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support automation workflows, scripts, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements for existing automation applications.
• Assist in solution design, technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Apply programming, machine learning, and data processing techniques to support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Participate in quality assurance, code validation, and process improvement efforts.
• Maintain compliance with development, security, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related courses.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, automation, AI, or related disciplines.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, databases, APIs, and machine learning concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
