Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Agent Developer to design and build autonomous AI agents capable of completing multi-step tasks. You'll work on agent architectures, tool use, and orchestration to power intelligent, goal-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use
- Develop agent orchestration logic, memory systems, and tool integrations
- Test agent behavior for reliability, safety, and task completion accuracy
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and internal systems
- Monitor and debug agent performance in production environments
- Research and apply emerging agent frameworks and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software or AI/ML development
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent memory patterns
- Solid grasp of API integration and system design
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines
- Background in reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
