Agriculturist/Farm Manager

NutriHydro Fertilizer & Agri-Products Inc. is seeking dedicated, hands-on, and technical Agriculturists / Farm Managers to direct crop cultivation, field management, and farm operations across our commercial farm facilities.

We provide comprehensive onboarding and practical training to help you establish a strong foundation in commercial agriculture and high-value crop production.

Note: Being a PRC Licensed Agriculturist is preferred, but candidate passion, agronomic grounding experience, and a proactive willingness to learn are highly valued.

Work Setup, Locations & Onboarding

• Initial Training: One (1) month of paid onboarding and hands-on training at our head office in Project 8, Quezon City prior to official farm site deployment.
• Farm Assignments: Open and flexible to be deployed across NutriHydro's operating farm sites, including:
• Bulacan (Open-field commercial crop production)
• Silang & Tagaytay, Cavite (Controlled greenhouse facilities & crop trials)
• Baras, Rizal (Agricultural production & demo site)
• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Mobility & Setup: Willingness to train in Project 8, Quezon City and relocate/stay on-site at assigned farm locations (free staff housing provided).

Key Responsibilities1. Crop Production & Facility Management

• Oversee and direct the full crop cycle for lettuce, leafy greens, and fruit-bearing vegetable crops (e.g., tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, bitter gourd) in greenhouse and open-field setups.
• Supervise bed preparation, nursery care, transplanting, and proper substrate/soil fertility management.
• Formulate and enforce strict schedules for the application of plant nutrients, fertilizers, soil conditioners, biostimulants, and foliar programs.

2. Pest, Disease & Irrigation Management

• Enforce proactive Integrated Pest Management (IPM), weed control, and biosecurity protocols to protect crop health and minimize loss.
• Manage and monitor daily irrigation and fertigation systems to ensure optimum plant nutrition and water efficiency.
• Monitor crop growth benchmarks, fruit set, and attrition rates against commercial agricultural KPIs.

3. Site Supervision & Administration

• Supervise farm personnel and field laborers, coordinate daily work assignments, and maintain safety and order on-site.
• Prepare and submit regular technical farm logs and crop health reports to senior technical consultants and management.
• Safeguard company property, machinery, crop protection inputs, fertilizers, and harvested produce.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate of BS Agriculture, BS Agronomy, BS Horticulture, BS Crop Protection, or any related agricultural course (Fresh Graduates are welcome!).
• License:PRC Licensed Agriculturist is an advantage, but unlicensed graduates and recent board examinees with solid practical enthusiasm are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Foundational knowledge of crop nutrition, foliar applications, fertigation, and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Familiarity or keen interest in managing high-value leafy vegetables and fruit-bearing crops.
• Practical leadership potential to direct farm personnel and oversee daily routines.
• Flexibility & Logistics:
• Amenable to undergoing the 1-month paid onboarding in Project 8, Quezon City.
• Willing to be deployed or travel to farm sites located in Bulacan, Silang/Tagaytay (Cavite), or Baras (Rizal).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle is an advantage.
