Agricultural Machineries Technician

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agri Machineries Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about agricultural equipment, customer service, and technical support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily customer assistance and respond to service-related inquiries
• Process, coordinate, and monitor service and repair requests
• Communicate with customers regarding unit status, deliveries, repairs, and payment collections
• Handle customer communications through phone calls, email, and messaging platforms
• Schedule and monitor technician assignments and customer site visits
• Prepare and update reports, records, and service documentation
• Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies
• Follow up on pending customer concerns and unresolved service cases
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of service records
• Assist in unit delivery, product orientation, and demonstration of operations and maintenance procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• College graduate; preferably in Engineering or any related technical course
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Background or knowledge in agricultural machineries, heavy equipment, automotive, or mechanical systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• With good penmanship and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
