WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....The position is responsible for creating more compelling value propositions for existing customers and drive lifetime value through end to end management of data-driven customer programs/campaigns geared towards increasing product ownership of existing customers.to maximize a customer's revenue potential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving Customer Value Maximization:
  • Sets the existing customer repurchase strategy and campaign plans to align with the overall company direction and business objectives
  • Leads the planning of existing customer resell, recapture, up-sell, and cross-sell campaigns and ensures timely and quality delivery of campaign requirements
  • Identify data science and analytics tools/solutions needed by the team to be able to better understand and profile the existing customer base and draw up the AIA customer story.
  • Take the lead in having these data solutions developed together with the team's data science resource as well as the Data Science team outside the tribe to be able to generate insights that will power more effective data-driven, customer centric campaigns to drive higher ANP and VONB contribution from existing customers.
  • Oversee the leads management process to ensure timeliness of handling and effective turnover of leads to Distribution, which includes the
  • Distribution of leads to the appropriate sales channels
  • Development of marketing tools including but not limited to sales scripts, flyers, presentations, etc. that will equip distribution in converting the leads
  • Tracking and monitoring of leads conversion in a regular and timely manager
  • Collaborate with the ff internal stakeholders in the planning and delivery of the programs/campaign to ensure effective: Distribution, Customer Analytics, Products, Customer Experience, Branding & Communications, Operations, Finance
  • Manage budget and evaluate the programs overall performance to ensure that company's resources are fully maximized
  • Recruit, train, coach, mentor, supervise, develop, and appraise employees, and recommend corresponding action for favorable and unfavorable performance
  • Implement all management policies and enforce the proper administrative action, as may be necessary
  • Lead projects as assigned to meet operational and/or strategic goals

As an Agile Team Lead:
  • Support Tribe Lead to define product roadmap and OKRs towards business goals
  • Responsible for managing the product backlog and prioritization, for empowering team and ensuring team is focused on delivering its goals
  • Education - Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any related field.
  • Experience - At least 8 years of relevant work experience focused on existing customer campaigns
  • In depth knowledge and experience of life insurance, an advantage
  • Has experience with data driven approaches to marketing as well as using martech solutions and data analytics solutions to power marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable in marketing communications
  • Excellent strategic, leadership, analytical skills, problem solving skills, project management, oral and written communication skills
