Your Role: As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation to market release.
- Lead hybrid frameworks combining SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, and optimize release pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplify complex processes using Agile principles.
- Oversee financial budgets, forecasts, and resource capacity management.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- 5+ years in ICT or telecom project delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT, or Engineering.
- Agile or Project Management certification (SAFe, Prince2, or PMP).
Preferred skills/expertise- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments
