About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, take actions, collaborate with other agents, and integrate with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and cloud-native architectures.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to create intelligent AI solutions that automate complex workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities - AI Agent Development

Design and develop autonomous and multi-agent AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool usage.

Build AI agents that can interact with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge bases.

Implement agent orchestration workflows using modern AI frameworks.

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve factual accuracy and domain-specific responses.

Optimize prompt engineering, agent behavior, and response quality.

AI Engineering & Architecture

Design end-to-end Agentic AI architectures for enterprise use cases.

Integrate foundational models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar platforms.

Build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI services.

Develop memory, planning, and reasoning mechanisms for autonomous agents.

Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance frameworks for AI systems.

Platform Integration

Connect AI Agents With Business Applications Such As:

Microsoft 365

Dynamics 365

SAP

Salesforce

ServiceNow

SharePoint

Teams

Databases and data platforms

Develop API integrations and event-driven workflows.

Build AI copilots for business processes and customer-facing applications.

Deployment & Operations

Deploy AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.

Monitor model performance, agent effectiveness, and operational metrics.

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

3+ years of software development experience.

2+ years of experience working with Generative AI technologies.

Strong Proficiency In:

Python

JavaScript/TypeScript

REST APIs

SQL/NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and compliance frameworks.

Experience developing Microsoft Copilot Studio or custom Copilot solutions.

Understanding of knowledge graphs and advanced retrieval techniques.

Exposure to fine-tuning and model optimization techniques.
