Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AZAP Elite Agent based in Cagayan De Oro City. The AZAP Elite Agent will have a special offer program, sales validation and compensation.

Qualifications

Must be a current MDRT.

• Sales expertise, lead generation, and negotiation skills
• Product knowledge, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
