Agency Sales Manager (Life Insurance)

Job role

Responsible for the overall sales performance, recruitment, profitability and daily operations of Cagayan de Oro branch. The role shall focus heavily on building and managing an agency force to drive VUL and Traditional insurance products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree on business, finance or communication.

At least 1-3 years experience in life insurance sales with more than 2 years of experience leading an agency/sales team

Should have both traditional and vul insurance licenses

High emotional intelligence, strong public speaking skills and expertise on recruitment.
