Job Description:

• Facilitates license applications of recruits.
• Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
• Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
• Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits these to the Insurance Commission.
• Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.
• Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent's Agreement prior to coding.
• Endorses recruit files for coding advises NBO concerned.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Computer literate - Lotus Notes, Windows programs.
• Knowledgeable in licensing regulations/ processes (IC).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year business course.
• Experience in licensing function from the insurance industry administrative, customer service experience.
