Role Description The Agency Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Cabanatuan, responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a team of financial advisors and insurance agents. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and coaching agency members to meet production targets and deliver high-quality financial advice and service to customers. The Agency Leader will plan and execute sales and activity strategies, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide continuous skills development and product training. Daily duties include monitoring sales metrics, organizing team meetings, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves driving local market development initiatives, representing Manulife in community and client events, and fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management of sales or advisory teams.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, or agency management, preferably in insurance, banking, or other financial services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, team members, and partners.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning concepts, life and health insurance, and investment or savings solutions (or willingness to undergo intensive training).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to set targets, monitor results, and implement action plans to achieve goals.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical and compliant business practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Relevant sales, insurance, or investment licenses and certifications (or ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe, as required by local regulations).
  • Comfort working in an on-site, performance-driven environment in Cabanatuan
