Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Leader, based in Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Agency Leader will be responsible for leading and managing agency teams to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training new agents, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
