Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:- Inorganic Leader Expansion and Development
- Provide support to Inorganic Leaders with expansion/spin-off plans
- Develop needs-gap analysis based on market potential and leader capacity of assigned area.
- Direct recruitment of experienced Leaders from the life insurance industry and non-industry as identified in the programs that we offer.
- Coach inorganic Agency Leaders on understanding and maximizing the Agency Compensation Scheme and Career Path.
- Coach Agency Leaders on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap.
- Build the direct inorganic leader recruitment pipeline which includes, but not limited to:
- Sourcing - through direct recruitment.
- Attraction - conduct of exploratory meetings and value proposition discussion.
- Negotiation - submission and evaluation of documents, preparation of the offer and presentation of the offer to the inorganic leader candidates.
- Migration - ensure seamless migration from acceptance of the offer, submission of resignation letter, clearance routing, CIBI clearing, to coding of the inorganic leader.
- Coding and Promotion - proper tagging of the inorganic leader in the AIA Ph system.
- To closely partner with the Sales Head on performance management, if needed, to influence a high new leader success ratio.
- Conduct follow-up/follow through sessions for leaders who are enrolled in leader development programs (e.g. Pacesetter, ELM) that will impact leader success ratio.
- Liaise with Governance and Licensing on the leader appointment documentation and processing.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Leader Expansion and Development:- Partner with Zone Head and Sales Heads in the Long-term Manpower planning for the assigned area, specifically on Inorganic Leader Promotions and Development.
- Partner with Zone Head and Sales Heads in development and implementation of leader pool expansion strategies via inorganic recruitment.
Minimum Job Requirements:- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree , preferably in the field of business administration, management, marketing, or the like
- At least 3- years experience in sales, marketing, business development, and the like preferably with basic understanding of the life insurance industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, organized, resourceful, results-oriented, strong work ethics, stake-holder and people management
- Willing to travel
