The MC Collection Agency Coordinator manages and monitors third-party collection agencies handling Motorcycle (MC) loan accounts. The role ensures agencies meet collection targets, follow company policies, and maintain efficient recovery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with assigned collection agencies for MC loan accounts
- Monitor agency performance vs. targets and KPIs
- Provide account assignments and updated portfolios
- Validate and reconcile agency collections and remittances
- Conduct regular performance reviews with agency partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
- Handle escalations and resolve agency-related concerns
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in collections or agency coordination
- Experience in MC or auto loans is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
