About The Job
The Agency Coordinator shall ensure overall coordination between Home Credit and its External Agency Service Providers with due diligence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee external partners and service providers (e.g., collection agencies, vehicle portfolios resale partners, and other third-party providers), ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational standards, and performance expectations.
- Ensure partners adhere to all applicable company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance across various functions; identify gaps and drive corrective action plans to deliver business results.
- Conduct regular operational reviews, on-site or virtual engagements, and deep dives to assess effectiveness, controls, and overall partner performance.
- Lead coordination meetings, business reviews, and coaching sessions to strengthen partner capability, accountability, and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related concerns, escalations, and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Handle and investigate customer-related concerns, ensuring proper documentation, fair resolution, and full compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, frameworks, and governance models to address evolving business needs.
- Prepare and present insights on partner performance, risks, compliance, and opportunities for improvement to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations) to resolve complex issues and ensure alignment across partner operations.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and a smooth transition into business operations.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners to drive collaboration, accountability, and long-term value creation.
What You Need To Have
- At least two (1) year of related work experience in External Agency Collections and Secured Loans.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Must have good and effective communication skills in English.
