Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Branch Head based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Agency Branch Head will lead and manage an agency branch to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, developing strategies for market penetration, providing training and support to agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the branch.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
- Proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, and strategy formulation
- Experience in delivering training and mentorship programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Financial services or insurance industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed organizational goals
- Proactive and results-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities
