Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Agency Account Executive. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, facilitate campaign success, and identify opportunities to drive client satisfaction and business growth. Regular communication and reporting are key responsibilities, along with maintaining a comprehensive understanding of clients needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and client relationship skills, including communication, customer service, and issue resolution
• Project management and organizational abilities to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
• Experience with digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution across various platforms
• Proficiency with presentation creation and data reporting tools
• An understanding of AI-driven creative technology and its applications in marketing and content
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
