Description

The Aftersales Warehouse Admin is responsible for handling administrative and inventory support functions of the aftersales warehouse operations. This includes monitoring spare parts inventory, processing documents, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring accurate stock records to support efficient aftersales service.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts and aftersales materials.
  • Process receiving and issuance of parts in the system.
  • Prepare and file warehouse documents such as delivery receipts, stock transfer forms, and service reports.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors regarding parts availability.
  • Conduct regular stock counting and assist in monthly inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehouse items.
  • Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management.
  • Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in handling warranty parts and defective item documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in warehouse, inventory, or administrative role (aftersales experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledge in inventory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
