Role Description The Aftersales Manager (Mitsubishi Legazpi) is a full-time, on-site role based in Legazpi, responsible for overseeing the service and parts operations of the Mitsubishi dealership. The role involves managing daily service center activities, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair. The Aftersales Manager leads and develops the service and parts teams, monitors performance, and implements initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. This position also manages aftersales revenue targets, coordinates with sales and other departments, ensures compliance with manufacturer standards, and maintains accurate reporting and documentation. The role requires close interaction with customers to address concerns, resolve issues, and promote service offerings that support overall business growth.

- Aftersales management experience in automotive or related industries, with a solid understanding of Aftersales operations and service processes.
