What will you do as Affinity Marketing Sales Support Officer:

The Affinity Marketing Sales Support Officer will be at the frontline of our partnership and is responsible on operational execution, premium collection monitoring, claims processing monitoring, customer engagements, and coordination.

The role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-driven environment, who quickly solves problems and who is motivated by seeing results in enrollments, collections, customer satisfaction, and KPIs set for monitoring the sales target..

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years experience in insurance, microfinance, consumer lending, or community development programs.
• With bachelors degree preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields.
• Strong background in customer engagement and partnership after-care.
• Comfortable working in ASA Branches and community settings, with frequent filed visits.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn numbers into practical action.
