About SWIPES

SWIPES is a skincare brand creating all-in-one skincare in individually wrapped wipes.

We're preparing to launch in Australia and the USA and looking for someone to build our affiliate and creator network from the ground up.

About the role

You'll find and recruit relevant creators and affiliates, manage relationships, and help turn those partnerships into sales. We're looking for someone with hands-on TikTok Shop experience who can manage outreach, onboarding, and ongoing campaigns.

What you'll do

Research and recruit creators and affiliates across Australia and the USA.
Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and follow-ups.
Coordinate commissions, product samples, and campaign deliverables.
Help set up and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
Support creators with content briefs and campaign coordination.
Track affiliate activity, content performance, and sales.
Build long-term relationships with successful partners.

What we're looking for

Experience recruiting and managing affiliates or creator partnerships.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and its affiliate tools.
Understanding of Australian and US audiences.
Strong written English and communication skills.
An organised, proactive approach to outreach and follow-up.
Ability to work independently and build a program from the ground up.
Examples of relevant campaigns or partnerships, ideally with measurable sales results.
