Position Overview: Affiliate Marketing Strategist & Creator Partnerships Lead

We're expanding rapidly across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, and we're hiring a full-time Affiliate Marketing Strategist & Creator Partnerships Lead to own and scale our entire affiliate ecosystem.

This role will manage and grow Amazon Influencer partnerships, TikTok Shop affiliates, and all third-party affiliate platforms, including Levanta, Seller Rocket, Maverick's, Folium, and others.

You will recruit creators, negotiate custom payout rates, build scalable systems across platforms, track affiliate-attributed revenue, and lead a cross-channel strategy that doubles our affiliate revenue in 2026.

This is a high-impact role for someone who has already owned end-to-end affiliate management for an eCommerce brand doing $20M+ annually.

Our Growth Goals for This Role:

Double affiliate-attributed revenue year over year across Amazon and TikTok Shop
Build the largest and highest-converting Amazon Influencer network in our category
Stand up a scalable TikTok Shop Affiliate engine that reaches hundreds of creators monthly
Increase affiliate volume, conversion rate, and AOV through optimized commissions and promos
Build and maintain a top-performing affiliate leaderboard that rewards and prioritizes high-volume partners
Create fully automated performance reporting across platforms (Levanta, Amazon, internal dashboards)
Improve CPI and acquisition cost through high-quality creator content and programs
Expand relationships with third-party affiliate platforms (Seller Rocket, Maverick's, Folium, Levanta) to generate incremental revenue
Develop scalable campaign systems for promos, seasonal launches, bundles, and UGC content

What You'll Do:

Amazon & Affiliate Network Management

Manage and grow our Amazon Influencer program through Levanta, Seller Rocket, Maverick's, Folium, and other platforms
Build relationships with high-volume creators who drive consistent revenue
Ensure listings, promos, and inventory are aligned with affiliate campaigns

TikTok Shop Affiliate Growth

Prospect and outreach to hundreds of TikTok creators weekly
Recruit creators to produce content and promote products through TikTok Shop
Manage creator onboarding, pricing, sample sending, and product seeding

Affiliate Program Ownership

Own all affiliate performance KPIs across Amazon and TikTok
Build reporting systems that track clicks, conversions, commissions, and revenue
Analyze performance and deliver recommendations for scaling partners and promotions
Build and maintain a leaderboard system for top affiliates with prizes, incentives, and recognition

Campaign Strategy & Growth

Design affiliate-specific promos for seasonal events, product launches, and viral moments
Collaborate with creative teams to align UGC, promo angles, and scripts
Work with Amazon team on deal structures, coupons, pricing strategy, and category opportunities
Create a scalable system for activating creators at volume

Negotiation & Relationship Management

Negotiate custom rates, commissions, rev shares, and bounties
Maintain strong relationships with high-value creators
Ensure fast communication, alignment, and smooth campaign execution

Required Skills & Experience:

35+ years in affiliate, influencer, or creator partnerships for eCommerce brands
Experience managing end-to-end affiliate programs for a brand doing $20M+ in annual revenue
Proven track record driving sales through Amazon Influencers, TikTok Shop, or affiliate platforms
Strong understanding of marketplaces, commission structures, payouts, and ROI modeling
Highly analytical with strong reporting skills in Sheets/Excel and Google Analytics
Experienced with Levanta, Seller Rocket, Maverick's, Impact, or similar platforms
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation ability
Capable of managing hundreds of affiliates and creators at scale
Organized, self-directed, and obsessed with growth
