Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse range of partners, including short-tail affiliates, and online third-party partners.
Proactively seek a variety of affiliate partners, with a focus on those experienced in CPS, CPI models, including short-tail (high-traffic) affiliate network and third-party (3P) online partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, fostering positive and productive relationships.
Collaborate closely with affiliates to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and other teams to manage payments and contracts, ensuring proper handling transactions and compliance with business guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
At least 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
Strong English communication skills able to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
High level of accountability and ownership over projects and initiatives.
Eager to learn, adapt, and explore new growth opportunities within the affiliate landscape.
Open-minded and skilled at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
Proficient in Google Workspace with a highly analytical, detail-oriented approach.
