Affiliate Marketing Specialist for Recruitment & Engagement

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist for Recruitment & Engagement, you willlead affiliate growth by driving creator recruitment, onboarding, and activation strategies. Ensures a strong pipeline of new affiliates and builds systems to convert them into productive, sales-generating partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end affiliate recruitment strategy across TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms
• Identify, source, and engage new creators aligned with brand positioning
• Develop and optimize onboarding journey (education, tools, first conversion)
• Drive activation of new affiliates into consistent content creators and sellers
• Build scalable systems for outreach, tracking, and engagement
• Analyze recruitment funnel (reach → response → onboarding → activation → sales)
• Collaborate with Events/Community team to ensure retention post-onboarding
• Continuously test and improve outreach and seeding strategies

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in affiliate, influencer or digital marketing
• Strong experience in creator sourcing, outreach and engagement
• Experience in TikTok Shop and/or affiliate platforms is highly preferred
• Proven ability to scale programs (volume + efficiency)
• Familiarity with CRM or tracking system management
• Resourceful and creative in sourcing and engagement
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable with experimentation and iteration
