The Opportunity

We're hiring an Affiliate Lead for a fixed-term coverage engagement with a leading global affiliate and partnership marketing agency — leading a team of Affiliate Assistants and Specialists through their busiest stretch of the year, with prior experience on this specific account strongly preferred so you can hit the ground running.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Team Leadership: Host daily stand-ups with the shared services pod to drive engagement, manage workload, and re-calibrate priorities as needed.
• QA & Accountability: Provide internal QA for a team of Affiliate Assistants and Specialists, and hold the pod accountable to SLAs and critical KPIs.
• Cross-Team Communication: Work closely with the Agency Ops team and proactively communicate needs, opportunities, and operational blockers.
• Escalation Management: Act as the initial escalation point for Affiliate Assistants and Specialists, and document escalations to reduce their recurrence over time.
• Training & Documentation: Draft SOPs and short training tools for common escalations, and create and improve training material as functions change.
• Hands-On Execution: Complete affiliate marketing tasks directly alongside the team as business demand requires.
• Quality Consistency: Collaborate with Program Directors to ensure the quality and consistency of tasks performed by the shared services pod.

What You Bring

• Prior Account Experience: Prior hands-on experience on this specific affiliate marketing account is strongly preferred, given the short ramp time; strong affiliate marketing experience more broadly is required at minimum.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading or mentoring a team of affiliate marketing assistants or specialists.
• Deadline Management: Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to fast response times, and stay highly detail-oriented.
• Communication: Highly proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Thoroughness: Exceptionally high attention to detail — you double-check everything, test thoroughly, and follow guidelines precisely.
• Availability: Available for a fixed-term engagement with a start date the week of November 9th, including a two-week overlap with the outgoing lead to ensure a smooth handoff ahead of the peak holiday season.
