Affiliate Coordinator

Zeroto1 is a 76 person Social Commerce and Influencer Marketing agency based in Orange County, CA.

We scale $100M+ consumer brands through Influencer Partnership Ads, TikTok Shop Management, Live Shopping, and Creator-Affiliate communities.

Position Overview

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Affiliate Coordinator to support our growing creator and affiliate programs. This role will manage creator samples, affiliate coordination, target plan invitations, open plan approvals, TAP link distribution, and performance tracking—helping ensure we're partnering with the right creators and turning sample investment into quality content and GMV.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the sample process from creator application and approval through shipment, content delivery, and performance tracking
• Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, engagement, category relevance, and conversion potential
• Coordinate affiliate creators and manage target plan invitations and open plan approvals
• Distribute and track TAP links, following up with creators to drive activation and content
• Track sample efficiency, creator performance, content output, and affiliate GMV
• Identify high-performing affiliate creators who could be strong fits for future paid opportunities
• Maintain organized trackers for samples, creator outreach, approvals, links, and performance
• Partner closely with Content, Community, Shop Ops, and Paid Creator teams

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, creator/influencer coordination, e-commerce, sample programs, or partnerships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a high volume of creators, deadlines, shipments, approvals, and follow-ups
• Ability to evaluate creator and content quality
• Basic understanding of affiliate performance, content metrics, and GMV
• Strong written communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs, creator samples, TAP links, target plans, open plans, or affiliate dashboards
• Experience working with creator communities or paid creator teams
• Familiarity with Lark, Discord, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools
