Job Description
Supports and gradually owns initiatives that grow the affiliate experience, from shaping the idea to carrying it through execution. Responsible for affiliate communications, KOL challenge campaigns, content and survey production, and performance tracking, working closely with the team on new projects and priorities.
Strategy & Ownership
- Contribute to the affiliate communications strategy: help decide what KOLs need to know, how best to reach them, and why
- Help design and run initiatives to grow KOL affiliate activity, especially around sale days, and adjust rhe approach based on performance data
Content & Campaign Execution
- Produce cascade materials and reference materials that educate KOLs on best practices and new features
- Turn research on trending affiliate post executions into ready-to-use materials for KAMs and KOLs
- Support the development of influencer challenge and milestone campaign plans, from strategy to brief
- Run regional and local surveys: help shape what to ask, then own formatting, distribution, and compiling results
Data & Performance
- Support affiliate challenge execution: keep trackers updated, monitor metrics against targets, and flag issues early
- Assist on reports, post-mortems, and deep dives: gather the data, spot the gaps, and help turn findings into recommendations
Team & Collaboration
- Participate actively in brainstorming on communication strategy, bringing your own ideas rather than waiting for direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Fresh graduates accepted
- Internship, org, or project experience where you owned something end-to-end (a campaign, an event, a content page) is a plus
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in e-commerce, creator economy, social commerce, or affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset; can work with data and explain what it means
- Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex or technical updates into clear, KOL-friendly messaging
- Strong Google Workspace skills, particularly Sheets (formulas, basic automation, trackers) and Forms (surveys, data collection)
- Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut
- Good grasp of the ecommerce and social media landscape
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a clear communicator
- Coachable, open to feedback, and quick to iterate
