Strategize, implement, and optimize both influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships.
Identify, build, and grow long-term partnerships with influencers, UGC creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive sales and support brand positioning.
Plan and execute influencer-driven product launches, events, and promotions, while managing campaigns like Tik Tok affiliates and the Goal Getter community.
Scale the affiliate network to increase revenue through performance-driven partnerships.
Guide and support the Influencer and Affiliate Specialists to ensure they achieve individual and team KPIs.
Continuously monitor influencer marketing and social media trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations and reports to the head of Marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Influencer/Affiliate Marketing, administration, or marketing support roles, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
