1.1 Must be a College Graduate
2.1 2-3 years minimum experience in Management gained in Beauty/ cosmetics/aesthetic field
3.1 Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
4.1 Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
5.1 Excellent organizational and communication skills
6.1 Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs.
7.1 A positive can do attitude.
8.1 Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of management.
9.1 A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
10.1 Genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
Php 30,000- 40,000 salary
