Job Description

Qualifications

  • Atleast Senior High School graduate with 2 years of sales experience
  • Familiar with assertive selling techniques
  • Able to effectively demonstrate and promote beauty products
  • Good communication skills with a pleasing personality and confidence
  • Flexible and willing to work on a rotational schedule and assigned locations
  • Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
  • Residing in Cebu City or nearby areas

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups in a professional and inclusive manner.
  • Proactively approach and stop potential clients to introduce and discuss company products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase features, benefits, and value to customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products or services using effective and assertive selling techniques.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle sales inquiries, negotiations, and efficiently close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Accurately document sales activities, customer information, and transactions in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business operations
