Job Summary:
The Aesthetic Accounts Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand presence, and building strategic partnerships within dermatology and aesthetic clinic channels. The role ensures consistent achievement of commercial targets, expansion of clinic distribution, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring consistent brand visibility and performance across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
- Promote skincare products to doctors, nurses, and clinic staff.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Medical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Account Manager, preferably in dermatology, skincare, aesthetic medicine, or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with clinical settings and healthcare protocols.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, skincare ingredients, and patient concerns (e.g., aging, pigmentation, acne).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for clinic visits.
Work arrangement: Temporary Hybrid Setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week)
